SuperKoala is a baby care tracking assistant that helps families log feedings, diaper changes, and other care activities. The service includes an AI-powered chat interface, data tracking, reports, and push notifications.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use SuperKoala. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or files
  • Share accounts with unauthorized individuals

5. Family Groups

You may invite other users to join your family group. All members of a family group can view and contribute to shared baby care data. You are responsible for managing who has access to your family group.

6. AI-Generated Content

SuperKoala uses AI to process messages and provide assistance. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns about your baby.

The app identifies the privacy policy and Terms of Use in the purchase flow, and account deletion is available from the in-app Account screen.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using SuperKoala, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuperKoala is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. The service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
